Additional Information
To be eligible for membership as a Cadet one must:
- be a legal resident of Canada
NOTE: A legal resident of Canada is a Canadian citizen, a landed immigrant, or, the dependent of a person who is lawfully resident in Canada on a temporary basis for the purpose of education or employment - be at least 12 years of age and not have attained 19 years of age
- provide proof of provincial health insurance coverage or equivalent
- provide a birth certificate
- not belong to another corps or squadron.
- have parental/guardian consent
Registration
You can contact the Corps of your choice or go to the Corps on a Parade night from September to May. Please bring your child’s Alberta Health Care Card and Birth Certificate (or proof of Residency, see below) with you. The Cadet Application and Health Questionnaire must be filled out and signed by the child’s parent or guardian.
